Yeah, it definitely isn't an inch lower than the factory..if anything we're talkin' millimeters lower, like 3.

 

it's pretty much the same... only the sides flare out more

 

Is there a DIY for installing the rear? I couldn't find it anywhere.

 

I just saw an older thread today in the 2IS section with a RED IS that shows the install and what they did. a few people posted in that thread today

 

Sewell has the step by step instructions on pdf posted on the page of the item.

 

Hmm.. looking at that pic, the difference looks minimal. Now I got to worry about the side flaring out if I angle out my car from the drive way.

Does the car with the front lip in that pic also have the sides? Can't seem to notice the difference.

 

i really dont understand how you scratch your front end on stock suspension unless you cant drive and going too fast over an incline/decline

 

Its because theres some really steep slopes in parking lots. Like at my school i have to go in sideways because i will scrape my front lip.. I did it once and from then on i learned i need to go sideways, oh yeah im running like stock everything

 

Theres a nice little hump from the driveway sidewalk to the street creating a dip as the car gets pulled out. I go out slow to a crawl with an angle without a problem so far.

I just ordered my Front and Rear. I cant wait, it is such a good deal.

 

dam i just spent money on the exhaust. oh well will wait for my raise at the end of june and bonus. hehehe.

 

i do suppose your right since we dont really have many big dips around places down here.. but yeah back on topic.. i Just ordered my rears and sides!!

 

hmm i am wondering what to get. Either fab front lip or GFX lip.... Fab kit looks better, but GFX kit is such a great deal.

 

Anyone know how much it would cost to install the rear at the dealership? Looks complicated
