why can't I select the "year" after selecting IS250 in SELECT MODEL??

The time is Eastern Standard Time - EST. This would be anyone in on the east coast would have to wait till midnight or 12:00 am to place an order, while anyone on the west coast could stroll in at 9:00 pm to place an order.
