I like them, although it's not necessarily a good thing when I'm tired. 
Front passenger it's alright depending on his/her height. It's comfortable if you adjust the seat some (if it didn't fit just right originally). Rear passengers it's really dependent on height since the seats aren't adjustable.

I like them, although it's not necessarily a good thing when I'm tired.

Just got my white neckpads and they seem a bit stiff, but should break in over time. Still adjusting the height, but the amount they stick out from the seat seems perfect. Just have to do some tweaking to get it just right. The offset from the cashmere interior was my biggest concern, but it wasn't that jarring. A very subtle two-tone? Haha JK.
Most noticeable mod for $20! No one will think it's factory :-D Normally I'd say redouts but my gf didn't even notice those when I put them on. *sigh* I had to point to them and hit the fob like 3 times before the light bulb went off.
BTW, first transaction, super smooth.
