We can also check on the www.usps.com but it usually takes a day or two for the tracking to be on the USPS website, so check there in a day or two.

got my neck pads yesterday, thanks Johnny

but not sure how to install it to the headrest, because i strap it to the metal bar under the headrest but it doesn't line up because it position at the head not neck, i tried lowering the seat and set it back but still nothing, any pics for reference or tip. thanks
