Yes, kinda, depends on a lot of factors. If you are being paced by a Helo or Aircraft, or for that matter a cruiser it will not work. I remember getting pulled over and the cop reaches in my window and turned my Escort off and wrote me a 85/55 ticket..... so go figure. I try to keep it less than 10 over.
