I just installed these on my 2IS and they are bright as hell!! 2 boards on the front dome light are more than enough, but it's the one in the center that stays on (and 1 out of the 2 in the back), so you really need to install 3 upfront. As far as getting to the bulbs upfront, I followed the directions on other threads, taking the two screws off inside the sunglass holder, then pulling the entire assembly off, but it was really unnecessary to do that. If you could get the lense off by just prying it off, but since I already had the assembly off, I just poked it out from the back.
I may pick up a few more to put into the vanity mirrors and the trunk.
the boards that nigel sells will fit in the light above the visor (2IS), the one that slides. so it is possible to put 10 boards into the lights in the (2IS), in the stock locations.
