Quick question on warranty
Steve,
Wondering if you can clarify your warranty really quickly.
I have on 07 IS with 40k miles. Just bought this car from dealer and noticed the other night that the driver light goes out almost exactly 1 min after power up.
I posted on forums and I was directed to swap to other side and see if it does the same thing. If it does most likely it was the bulb.
I did that and sure enough it followed the bulb so I assumed it was the bulb. Ordered two replacement bulbs from ebay after hearing from several folks on the forum say they had no problem with the brand Yes they were cheap bulbs, not yours. But so am I ..haha..
I put these new lights in and the dang things still go out. They seem to stay on a bit longer, but not much. It seems it is still the passenger side that is going out but I did have the driver side shut off once last night with some testing.
Sorry for long post but Lexus is telling me it is the cheap bulbs. My gut feeling is that its the ballast but, if I buy these bulbs from you and the lights still go out do you accept returns?
Thank you for the help.
