The BBK from the IS350 includes two front rotors, two front 4-piston brake calipers, the brake pads (plus shims and hardware) and the splash guards. This kit can be found here.
For those of you who would rather purchase the this exact kit less the rotors, then go here. Since this kit doesn't have the brake rotors, it gives you the opportunity to get a slotted and/or drilled rotor of your choosing.
For the Sewell guys... did you just "unroll" and/or flatten the rear dust shield on your test car or did you actually put on IS-F rear dust shields?
Hmmmmmm- never thought about the "unroll". For our test IS350, we chose to cut the rear dust shield similar to the way Lexus calls for cutting of the rear dust shield on the F-Sport rear brakes. We figured we could always go back later to install the new shields if need be (we didn't). We found there just isn't an easy solution to this as to get the real IS-F dust shields on there, you'd have to pull the rear axle. It would have taken us an extra couple hours to install the rear shields as well, we didn't want to worry about damaging the rear bearings.
So as it stands, we have the original (cut) rear dust shields on our IS350 "Test Car".
hi, how much is the IS350 brake kit shipped to 91770? thanks
If you haven't done so already, just add the item to the shopping cart and continue through the checkout process where you'll be given the multiple FedEx shipping options. For regular ground I'd image just $20 or so.
