^^^ yah...what he said...suppose to help with aches and pains, improve blood flow, etc.... You see alot of Japanese old folks with Phiten necklace or wristbands.

I use it and can feel the difference. Alot of baseball players use it, especially the pros. I also use the tape all over, arms, shoulders, knees, etc. I find that I can throw a softball better with it than without it.
Only got 1 more 65cm and 1 more 55cm left. Won't get more in until sometime in Feb.
