It can be shortened or simply wrapped around your wrist. I use a 65cm one around my wrist for playing softball. If you want it shortened, there are DIYs on the internet, or I can have it custom fitted once payment is received.
can i ask a dumb question? I have never done curtains so how do they actually mount up? Do they have a bar that they run on that is included. I want some so I can get some privacy in the back seats.

No such thing as a dumb question. Everything you need is included in the box. They slide on 2 rails that attach to your door.
