No, complete only. Nothing can be upgraded or downgraded from what is in the package. You can easily upgrade the components yourself if you chose to when you receive it.

We can add on dual chrome Viair 380's for $309.

I would say pretty close to CS-T. We had the regular CS before swapping to AirForce on our car and it was about the same "feel".

Who's the manufacturer? These'll go on a LS430 with no trouble? No extra brakets or anything needed i.e. separetly purchased??

Manufacturer is AirForce. These are made vehicle specific so nothing else will be required for installation.

Parts come from Taiwan. Same price picked up...It will be drop shipped direct from AirForce.

They used to have some images on their site of some 2GS's, but they are currently updating their site so those images are gone. I'll try to get some pictures for you!
