GROUP BUY for Philips D2S/D2R Bulbs
Hey guys, I wanted to offer this to all of you who have OEM HID, and have never replaced your HID bulbs. HID bulbs have salts inside them that act as conductors in conjunction with the xenon gas to produce xenon light.
These salts break down over time, and your output lumens drops severely with excessive use, and hot striking. (A hot strike is when your bulbs turn off, and before the salts can cool, the bulb is re-ignited.)
The color of all HID bulbs is subjected to change over time to become bluer and whiter as more usage applies on the bulbs. At the same time, the lighting output (known as lumen) decreases and you get dimmer lighting output.
These OE Philips 85122+(D2S) and 85126+(D2R) bulbs do not colorshift and lose lighting output but they maintain the strong lighting performance without colorshifting process. They are also 300lm brighter than the non + versions, so you're getting more output and no color shift!
The part # of the bulbs is '85122+' and '85126+' as this bulb is used on many of newer vehicles that use projector/reflector type headlamps. As many automotive enthusiasts are already aware of, Philips HID bulb has the best quality in terms of lighting output, life time, and color among many other aftermarket brand bulbs and that is why it is used on high-end vehicles as dealer's certified part.

Just as a reference guys, if your car is 3 years old and older, and you drive at night at least 4-5 times a week, or tend to drive with your HID's on during the day, this GB applies to you!
