WTB - Dash Kit for 04' RX330

Adapter Kit for a 2003 RX300
Hello,
I have a Lexus RX 300 2002 with Factory Stereo, 6 CD Changer, without Nav (just the climate display). I am willing to replace the factory 6 CD changer.
I am hoping to install an aftermarket JVC Stereo that can play MP3 CDs/HD Tuner/iPod/iPhone.
With this adapter kit:
- Will I need anything else?
- Will I still be able to retain the original air/ac/controls?
I am new to this forum. I noticed NavTool's status says "banned", gotten me worried
Any other help would be much much appreciated.

Ended up buying Acura
I was exploring this option before I was in the market looking for a car. I was going to go Lexus, but then I ended up buying an Acura TSX - which I now think wasn't such a great move. I hate that luxury car makers make it so difficult to put aftermarket audio in the car. I might have been better off with a CR-V afterall.
