im having troubles with getting the low beam plug (from the ballast) thru the grummet. i got the instruction saying "Installation One" and "Installation Two". I'm fowlling installation two and it says i need to get it through the grummet. do i pull on the plastic cover to reveal the red and black wires and just pierce it through the grummet so i can plug it to my headlight plug?

Michelle and team are absolutly fantasic They are more than willing to answer any questions and help out with any type of issue you may have. I have ordered 3 kits for my 2 cars and have been extremely happy with how they look and perform. I will be ordering a 4th kit very soon to finish off things. If you are on the fence about getting kit(s) for your car HIDExtra is the way to go!

Thanks again Michelle and team. You guys are top notch

I heard good things about you guys, so I just ordered a set of replacement D2R HID bulbs!

I was wondering, is there a warranty on HID bulbs?

HI,

Our bulbs are warrantied under your OEM car ballast or our kit for two years.
All bulbs on OTHER aftermarket ballast will only be covered for one year and once replacement only (sometimes other bad ballast will cause our bulbs to burn).

Thanks~

HI,

YOu can just cut the rubber grommet is you don't need it. Otherwise you will have to drill a 1 1/2 inch hole in your headlight cover to fit the rubber gommet. Thanks~
