trying to get a kit for my frd's honda fit. he has hi/low 9003/HB2, so which kit should i get?

9003 hi lo kit or the H4 kit?

correct me if i am wrong, but 9003 hi lo kit will not have functional high beams right?

Sorry I did not read all the threads Can you tell me what kit I need for my Fogs 2009 GS350? Also what bulbs do I need to match for my parking lights? Thanks.

Beware of this seller. Bought a kit from them months ago. First kit's bulbs did not match, one of the ballasts failed after 2 weeks, paid 7 dollars to ship it back to their headquarters which is 15 miles away from me. Received second kit which was clearly used (the hazard stickers were already on them, no plastic protective adhesive), bulbs did not match again. Shipped that back for the second time for a full refund as promised. It has been over a month since I shipped the last kit back, maybe two. To this date no refund has been credited to me although they claim to have. I paid with paypal, I should know if my paypal balance is $60 or $0. I am out of $14 and nothing to show for it, a total of $74 dollars down the drain.
