Just some notes for everyone so we are all on the same page. Any orders using credit cards as opposed to PayPal the charges on your cards will appear as Parc Ferme Corporation. That is Rob's (my biz partner and ultimately new owner) original restoration and detailing company and now the parent owner of Glimmer Glass Detailing, under which Glimmer Glass Detailing is listed as a wholly-owned corporation.
Also, there is an issue with linking my UPS account with the Yahoo Store account and have now been sending FedEx. Perhaps this is better as UPS packages to my house sometimes show up dinged a bit more than FedEx boxes. This switch costs me more out of pocket in shipping charges that I refuse to pass on to you guys however, the likely hood of receiving damaged goods is nearly completely mitigated thus the long term headache isn't realized.
Rob is available all the time basically. He is here for YOU guys and is typically reachable any time there is a question. Normal hours are 8am to 8pm. If something is of concern outside of those hours email us directly at info@glimmerglassdetailing.com or text Rob (908-217-7637) with your screen name and issue and I am sure we can work or talk via text or email as everything flows to his BB.
Please remember PM's are not the best source of communication when there are time sensitive issues.
Finally, big, big plans for Glimmer Glass Detailing (and parc ferme) in 2010. Beginning this spring, there will be various seminars on proper polisher and DA techniques, wax and sealant applications, concourse detailing, and even OEM wheel, leather, and headlight restorations. We hope to see you guys there.
