Since the LEXUS GS350 2007-2008 7kg front 6kg rear, what are other options of swift spring rate? what does assist and helper spring do? reduce noises? do they change the spring rate if I just pick the basic 7kg front 6kg rear? and/or with the swift spring replacement?

I will pick a straight coil over spring replacement if you feel you need to have a totally different spring rate then now. But if you just need to be softer at certain part of the driving, go with the assist spring.
Most coil over spring are linear meaning the rate are the same at different compression. Assist spring will make it more of a progressive setup where the initial compression will have softer (lower spring rate).
Helper spring are use when you don't have enough spring to raise your car.
