so few question for you? I already have NAV with ML in my car now, so would Flyaudio replace that? or it would replace the non NAV car only? if it does would i still use the same factory backup camera? and the map that Flyaudio run is the software just like GARMIN or TOMTOM? no disk like OEM?

Thanks for your questions. The FlyAudio is plug and play with Lexus's that DO NOT have factory navigation. However, it is possible to replace your factory navigation with the FlyAudio, but it requires modification. Here is a thread that explains the procedure.
All of our systems ship with the latest software update from FlyAudio. I am not sure what you mean by updated screen, but everything ships with the most up to date hardware/software. Let me know if you have any other questions! Thanks!
meant if you guys have the same screens on 2010 Is250 navigation, user menu, etc, the same way. Like the menu screen shown here. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SJQ_tuQxoLg

No, the screen you are referring to is really the software on the factory navigation. That software is proprietary to Lexus. The FlyAudio has it's own software with different menu options and a different look. You can check out this YouTube video to get a preview of what it's like.
Hi, please pm me quote for 07 ES 350 "installed" with backup camera. And if you have any open box please quote me on it too. And, you said the unit has SD card support so does it means I can pop in my SD card with MP3s and play music directly from it?
Thanks!
p.s. I am local so I can go to your shop in Tustin.
