We are thinking of the previous gen LS too, but we do need a minimum commitment in order to get the project started. From what I've seen, there is a difference between the seats of the 90-92, and the 93-94, so we will have to test fit in both model versions to ensure proper fitment. James@Longo has already volunteered his LS for the test fit if this happens. I'm sure he'll be pushing this on the forum in the near future, haha.
The buy in I have to do with the manufacturer is 20 units. Let me crunch the numbers and see what the minimum presale has to be in order for me to invest in creating the LS covers. We are currently doing fitment testing on the RX 04-09, so we may not be able to start the LS project until the start of May. I'll send over a PM once I figure it out and we can proceed from there.

You're probably right. Toyota has never done a complete overhaul of a seat, even at a model refresh. They usually do a small touch up.
