If Steve can do supra brake kit GB, then I may be interested in joining.

here is a comparison pic of the regular cross drilled rotors. The pic is taken right after installation. so that is why it is gold looking. Just in case you may be wondering

2SAVVY - Just felt a need to reply to bit. In the final analysis, the group buy is exactly what it seems to be, about the most improvement you can do to the stock system for the least money. While you should be able to replace the lines without a full fluid replacement I definitely think it is a good idea. Brake fluid wants to pick up moisture so quickly and it is the moisture that is the problem, that you should definitely consider a full flush if you are going to go through the expense of replacing the lines. I know there are new fluids that don't pick up the water as much but in brake systems you have two things that normall aren't happy together, hydraulics and heat. Especially with a large heavy sedan like the GS, heat can build up surprisingly fast.

Still would hope one of the aftermarket guys would make a four piston setup for this car that didn't require big high disk wheels. Probably a dream.

You guys rock - thanks for the insight. While this package is [edited] $595 (rotors, pads, shims, lines), including install it may end up being close to $1000 so it's not an impulse buy for me.

I'm ready to order the GS Supra Upgrade rotor package F & R. If I place the order with Steve now, will the order be processed or is he going to hold the order until we have 10?

Thanks,
Glen

RMMGS4,

Steve has preordered the minimum 10 GS kits since he already has more than 6 people already and even if he doesn't sell the rest through this group buy he will have stock on hand.. I believe he said in my last communication with him that parts should arrive this coming week.. Hope that helps!

Bit,

No worries..

HI98GS,

Thanks dude for posting up your pictures of your brakes rotors.. Can't wait to get the parts now that I have seen yours..

RON430,

You know I did some research to see if anyone actually made an upgrade stock sized caliper with a 4 pot design but unfortunately its impossible from what I gather..

2SAVVY - Thanks, I pretty much got to that conclusion myself on a four piston (or more) setup. Without getting into new wheels (and not that straight forward at that) the group buy package is about as good as you can get.

Ken,

Could you ask Steve if he could do a groupbuy on Supra TT brake kit? I'm interested in supra TT calipers, slotted rotors (or cross-drilled, or both), stock pads and no lines (I will use my stock ones).

Thanks.
