Default I'm a little slow...

Hope you'll forgive the possibly silly question(s): I have a non-HID '06 IS350. The pictures of your kit make it look like I would just plug my OEM harness currently on the halogen bulb into the ballast and then the cable on the ballast would go to the HID bulb? The HID bulb will mount into my light housing with no modifications necessary?

That is exactly correct, it plugs into your stock power harness, the other end plugs into the ballast, and the bulb goes into your stock socket with no modification. These kits are fully digital and plug and play.
Thanks

Bro, I have a IS250 and want to change the Fog lights to HID. What size and ballast do you recommend.

I would recommend a slim ballast kit for your fog lights as they are easier to install.
Thanks

Sure,
Our kits are controlled by a processor, to regulate and accept voltage and power out put. This is why we have no errors with MB or BMW cars, most other kits on this site are still analog controlled, and are DC (direct current) instead of AC ballast.

I personally extended the warranty for all club lexus members to 2 years, so its a 2 year warranty if you are a member of this forum.
Thanks
