Although I don't own a Lexus, I found this thread after searching for a low-cost, reputable HID solution for my 2010 BMW M3. The positive response I found in the sponsor threads influenced my purchase with HIDeXtra.

My order arrived quickly and just-as-specified. I even got a free set of capacitors to eliminate flickering known from the BMW BulbCheck system! Installation went smoothly and the ballast brackets gave me plenty of mounting options.

Unfortunately, I found the HID capsule of this H11 rebase doesn't match the filament position of the OEM H11 bulb, so the beam pattern is very poor, hotspotted and uneven. This might be an issue with the fog light housing on my car, as it is focused to this filament position, but it won't work well with this HID kit, unless different bulbs (bases) exist to better position the capsule.

Please see order 10635. I hope to resolve this either with new/different HID capsule bases or a RMA on the kit.
