I've called, e-mailed, and pm'ed concerning my order and have not received a response, Order was placed 3/9/11 and it's now 3/15/11 and I haven't received a return call, e-mail, or pm regarding this issue...just saying

I guess this is a common practice for them...Take the payment and then no follow up...WHERE'S THE CUSTOMER SERVICE??? Things would be SO much better if people just fllowed up and answered questions, I hate that it has to come to this and I don't do this but after many failed attempts I don't know what else to do....

I, on the other hand had a great experience dealing with Darrel at Sewell. I had to ask part numbers about the parts I want, he replied the emails within 24 hours. Order came fast too.

Parts were listed as (ships in 24-48hrs), funny thing is when I was ordered my GFX kit I received that with NO issues, I place an order for a license plate frame and then I get this...guess I didn't spend enough money this time to deserve a response.....

Well whadayaknow!! I make a few post's on CL and all of sudden today I get an e-mail saying the package is being prepped for shipment and a fed-up tracking number, THANK YOU!!!

I too sent an email and got a response within 24 hours but after emailing again with some more questions I have yet to hear anything from them for the past 5days I sent another email in between to hope to hear back but still nothing.
I plan to place my order as soon as my questions are answered but doesn't look like its anytime soon

Regarding ordering parts from Sewell: I registered with Sewell entering the link to CL for special pricing. When I placed an order, I saw that the pricing was the same as if I had registered without being a CL member.
