Flex Tools used their knowledge and I believe they used some German sports car ingenuity to create their Flex PE14-2-150 Polisher. This polisher is lightweight, smooth running, ergonomic in design, with aerodynamic air flow to keep the machine running cool. Sounds like the makings of an German sports car anyway.
The Flex PE14-2-150 Polisher is made in Germany with all the features you would want in a machine polisher. The speed control allows a 600 - 2100 RPM speed range. Good idea since there are few occasions where a higher speed is needed. And, it only weighs 5.6 pounds meaning less fatigue on you.
Other features of the Flex PE14-2-150 Polisher include the spindle lock button located to avoid accidental contact, rubber-coated contact areas for safe operation, rubber-coated grip for comfort and control, 5/8" x 11 threaded spindle, short distance between backing plate and machine for safer operation and machine control, rigid low-wear gear box for continuous polishing and optimized noise levels, optimized air guidance system for better cooling, slim yet powerful 10 amp motor with a high capacity fan to keep the machine cool, slow-start mechanism with locking trigger, and a 13' rubber cord.
