Also, it looks like OEM 3GS offset is 45mm. Since the offset on these is 38mm, will they require spacers to clear?

Don't think spacers are needed, however we'll include spacers for free if it's needed for it to clear.

They don't come in liquid graphite, however we do offer powder coating services for $250.
