Hey guys,
This GB is for the 2nd gen GS guys and the IS300 guys. Its a few maintance items that got so many PM's that we got our poly-urethane supplier to make them just for CL.
New from Carson Toyota for your 98-05 GS . With this bushing kit you no longer have to replace a rack and pinion just because the original pressed in bushings have gone bad.
Kit includes the 2 mounting bushing and the support bushing. Full polyurethane construction

very nice, im in need for the control arm #2 bushings, do we need to state what year GS we have? from what i remember, the 98-99 bushings are smaller than 00-05 ones.

You know I would expect the noise from most any poly bushing, but the truth is that in the time that we have been sellig these, and not just for thr GS but for the LS and SC, I have not received any compaints about excessive noice. I would still suggest for any poly bushing that you keep up with a regular schedule for making sure they are greased properly.

These are the steering rack and caster bushings. There is only side to side force acting on them, there's no rotational force like on the lower/upper control arm bushings where they move with the suspension. There's no way these bushings will make noise because all they do is hold a part stationary. Nothing is rubbing or rotating against the bushing.

i didnt do the group buy off here but i got them off your site but these are very low quality there are bubbles through out the cast of the bushing and there not complete just the bushing no center pin by the way i am talking of the caster arm bushing or arm #2 what ever i do not want to use these i will be returning these. we need a solution that will last not just put a bandaid on the problem. the way these bushings are they wont last three months before they split too all the bubbles in the cast make the bushing weak. i would not suggest these bushings to anyone looking and a permant fix this wont be it...and i know carson lexus does not make them so its not on them but i would say i exspected better quality from a lexus dealer.
