To bad I'm out of upgrade cash right now but boy am I intrested.

Just a question, didn't these go for $799 a little while back from RMM (but I think they jumped past $1k)?

From my understanding and dealt with PI/SRT, GS4 uses 9.2" single plate TC while IS3/SC3/GS3 use the latest triple plates TC.

Most places will charge 6 hour of labor for installation plus 1 galon of Toyota tranny fluid.

I just spoke with Steve about the stall speed which is posted at 2400 to see if he could get a higher stall (2800). Steve called up Precision Industries and they will custom built it to whatever stall we want. By they way this price includes shipping!

Can someone confirm that Steve is offering the triple disc converter at 2800rpms for the SC300?

Default Stall speed for GS4

I e-mailed Precision Industries yesterday and gave them a list of my (few) mods on my GS400 and asked about the appropriate stall speed. Got a reply today agreeing that a 2,800 stall speed would be right for a NA GS4. Also got a reply from Steve 30 min. ago with the same info which he had received from PI. So, looks like for the NA GS4, it's 2,800.

Ok guys I updated the first message in this thread with the new info I got from Steve which was already passed on my jays400 (Thank You) with respect to the shipping being included and a customizable stall speed can be had..

garnet92,

Would you be so kind as to supply that email address to precision industries if someone else with more mods would like to know what stall speed would work for them.. Thanks dude!

Default without shipping

Since I would be picking this up. What would it be without shipping factored in?

Default Cannot

Tried. Called 3 times. No answer from anyone in parts.
Dropped by, I was told Steve was out.

I may try again later.

Default can do, 2SAVVY

Here is the link to the P.I. e-mail address that I used to inquire about stall speed:

info@converter.com

I got a very prompt response and have already placed my order and got confirmation from Steve.

I'm not feeling the love from Carson Toyota. They haven't answered our triple-clutch TC question yet and they have yet to contact me about the rotors from the first brake group buy. It seems a lot of times I get my parts elsewhere before I even get a response.

That is a very good price even if shipping was not included. I wish I would have waited

Default retail

Actually retail is $938.00 with jobber at $859.00.

So there is a 'little' savings. If you know someone with a resale license, it can be bought for the $859.00. No GB required.

Still-the group buy is the way to go.
Since it is shipped for the same price.

TC drops times by .5 sec correct? And it reduces peeling out from the light correct?

Default No

Sick

You will actually shred those tires from the light with the TC.

It does nothing for traction.
