I thought the real IS-F bumper was three inches wider (correct me if I'm wrong) than the ISx50 bumper. Since this bumper is made to fit the ISx50 bumper rather than the F, the front lips shouldn't fit, right? \(.___.)/

LOL, all the above..... are wrong!
The IS-F bumper (OEM) is 10mm wider on each side (+20mm total) than the ISX50 bumpers to match the 10mm wider fenders and vents.
The Option IS-F rep may or may not be the the same as an IS-F. Just depends how they made the section where it bolts to the OEM fenders.
