The IS300 and 2nd gen GS i believe are also cable driven, so that is the answer to why its not on the list for IS300 either.

Just a heads up, we just installed it in OUR ISF, and I will be putting together an installation how to video as well as review.
Having installed it myself and driven it around this afternoon let me personally say that the RED Boost mode with Sport Mode engaged in our ISF is by FAR THE BEST MODE.
