Hey! I resemble that remark!

I can't wait, black with yellow lettering on a white car... Hmmm....

thanks guys. we ended up having 4 people, darn.... well i tried. it's fun setting things up though. i got the black calipers with yellow letters, i think that looks the best on my blue gs4. red is just..... weird...

anyway, i wish we got 5 people to lower the price even more. well, if any late birds decide to join, email me, i can work something out.

I have seen numerous big brake tests in magazines and usually there is little if any difference in the first few stops. It is when things heat up that big brakes really make a difference. If an AP system was like "wow" on one stop it may of had as much to do with the pad compound as the brakes. That is the single biggest improvement you can get, simply a better pad.

With that said, the AP brakes are lighter. I have a BMW factory big brake system that was pretty cheap and pretty cheap (relatively) to maintain. However, the ATE calipers weigh a friggen' ton and if I had to do it again I would consider AP or Brembo for weight savings. However the BMW brakes only cost me $1700 which is a lot less than most kits.

IMO, a 6 piston caliper is overkill for street driving but ....they do look REALLY good.
