Default AP Racing 6 pistons brake upgrade for GS/SC groupbuy

This is for 98+ GS300/400/430 and SC300/400 only.

Our stock front brakes are 2 pistons and if you are thinking about upgrade to better brakes this is going to be an awesome deal. Stillen is offering a groupbuy on the AP Racing 6 pistons setup for the GS

The kit is a 6-Piston aluminum alloy caliper (red or black) with a slotted and cross-drilled rotor just over 13" in diameter. It comes with Goodridge Stainless Steel lines, Pagid Pads and all the needed hardware. Minimum of 17" wheels are required for the brakes to hook up. I have the wheel fitment chart and you can send me an email at henrykuo@ee.ucla.edu and I can forward it to you.

If 2 to 4 people come forward to buy the GS kit, we can let them go for $2,899 each. Should 5 or more people step up to the plate we can shave it to $2,599. This kit lists for $3,199, still cheaper than Brembo, and now it's even a better deal.

AP Racing makes some of the best brakes out there. Ask manaray and he can tell you how good the AP Racing 6 pistons setup is on his GS430. The price itself it not cheap, but if you are serious about safety this is good money to spend.

As I get more update I will post them here. If you have questions post them here and I will try to answer them. For wheel fitment chart email me (henrykuo@ee.ucla.edu).

Since we just added SC owners to the GB, the deadline has been postponed from 10/18 to 10/21 5pm PST.

This groupbuy will end on 10/18 midnight. I will post up more info on who to contact to place order and stuff afterwards. But at the same time if you are in the groupbuy it would be great if you can send me an email so I can keep track of everyone. Thanks!

Maybee we should let people know how many buyers we have already so people who are on the fence about paying 2899, but would definitly pay 2599 could see that it may only take a few more buyers to get this awsome setup at 600 off retail.

it's just for the front, the rears you don't really have to worry that much by comparison.

***Actually the stock GS brakes have 4 pistons up front, 2 in rear. So they aren't THAT terrible.... That explains why they're still one of the best in stopping from 60 to 0. Often in 112 feet, give or take a few. With the AP's, they only get better.***

Has anyone determined whether this brake upgrade works with the stock 17" wheels? One of the Stillen posts seemed to indicate that it would
