Problem?

Has anyone seen this before? I was going to install the coilovers on the CT today, but I saw 3 greasy ball bearings in the styrofoam bag that was in the packaging. I see on the FR coilovers some grease marks where the bearings might have come from. Can someone let me know where these bearing came from and this is a problem. I don't want to install and have to remove again if they are bad.
