my issue is on the title of the posting. when a company is offering a "clearance sale", its usually just that...a clearance meaning the company trying to sell items that are overstocked or that simply items that wont sell. why ask to "make an offer" if you already listed the selling price? in my opinion the title should read...."Free Shipping" on the following items...

To answer your issue though there are different discount rates available for different wheel models / sizes / etc.
For instance we processed a 22" order on Friday and that customer saved nearly 300 dollars off the normal price!! So in these instances a "free shipping" deal would not nearly indicate the savings!
Unfortunately the discount on some of the other part #'s is not as generous! Thanks for understanding though and for clarifying your point. We can certainly respect that!!
