Urethane Bushing kits from FIGS
So far we have the IS300 #1 and #2 Bushings in stock. #2 bushing should be good for 01+ GS300/430 but we need to verify. Special intro pricing, get them while you can. Others will roll out soon and we develop them. Of course we also have some solid spherical bearings for these locations as well so PM for info.

These are optimized for the application and they may not immediately translate to a hardness that is meanifull to you. For instance, because the inner barrel of the #2 bushing is radiused, it allows the cylinder to rock instead of needing the material to deform before it allows motion. The two top caps allow further constraint of this motion. We can get 4 different Duros on the Urethane but this is ideal for stock function will not allowing deflection like rubber will.
Also of note, there are subtle features in these bushings that make them better. Voided fillets in the circumference allow grease to reside in the bushing for a longer amount of time, the inner diameters are scored with a double helix for better retaining to the crush tubing. As previously mentioned motion is decoupled from deflection wherever possible to take advantage of the material and not require it to yield to function. This is a key difference between these and other bushing manufacturers that simple take a cylindrical mold and cast urethane in an call it a day.

I have already designed a press in adapter to make the IS version work. Still need to sort out the model year crossover from 01 and up and the pervious years.
