I'm sure they are very busy trying to recover some of their customers, my experience has not been very good.
Missed production deadlines
No communication or follow up
Forgot to ship necessary hardware
Shipped to the wrong address
Lots of apologies...none of them voluntary. This must be a recent phenomenon, as there is plenty of satisfied testimonials on here and the reason why I selected them.
My recovery agent has been Janoy. He has been very attentive in correcting most problems immediately.

Guys, I was at ISS Forged last weekend for my exhaust install. I can tell you that they are very busy overthere. Give them some time. I know that this project has been put aside for now untill they have time to get more R&D. I saw the prototype, and its very raw but promicing.

I will be the first to tell you. I know they are very backed up. I know that Janoy was sick for a bit. He mentioned it was pretty bad with extreme fever. I do not know the full extent, but he did say that pushed them back a bit. He is back and is on full catch up mode. If I find out anything else, I will be happy to pass along. They have worked too hard to let any negative reactions define them. I am sure they will rectify any issues customers or potential customers have.

Hey Everyone,
i just wanted to let everyone know that we called in an extra work day today to get this all sorted out and get the production schedule back to where its supposed to be.
as has been stated we had a terrible flu go around here in Miami, and most of us were dead sick
and to let everyone know, we sadly have to report that Gio has been abducted by aliens
but not to worry CB is here to help out and get everyone back to where they need to be
all our departments are online and the production schedule is back as well
we'll have more updates for you guys very soon!!
