Trying to place my order. However, the Promo Code is not valid anymore. It's only 8:00am . . .

Darn it, same thing happens to my passenger side , RMA it is

Darn, i hope it won't happen to my new lights, for some reason, the headlight's package is not secure with bubbles wrap. When i received my 2011 headlights from them that same passenger light got stick out with no secure, lucky enough did't get any damage

Right, my driver side stick out too but not broken, but passenger side wasnt that lucky

I think it's all depends on the guy from Fedex,lol if they do it careful, those lights wont stick out, I bought 2 sets already, but nothing wrong, hopefully Sewell will have a freight insurance for those expensive parts

cant get my headlight installed with a broken passenger side.

what's the best way to get a hold of Darrell? I pmed, emailed, and filed RMA and never got his response. I guess I will be calling early next week before filing dispute.

That's how Sewell roll. Then they will ask moderators to delete ur post and feedback if its negative. I've been there, trust me.

wow... thanks for the warning folks... all previous purchases were great, but this one let me down especially it is an expensive purchase, hence I am worried. finger crossed.

Update1: Still no PMs, emails etc, but looks like my replacement is being shipped out via RMA that I filled out. Will see how it goes.

Update2: got my replacement, thanks Sewell!!

I just found out today that my right passenger headlight has missing covers and the connector that turns on the LED strip lights

Email Darrell about it. Hopefully I get a response.
