anymore details on what exactly the anderoid kit is going to be able to do?
if its sick enough i may just have to go thru with swapping out my gen 4 nav unit for a gen 5 unit.

trying to find a totaled 2007+ gs that has a working nav unit that i can get on the cheap purely so i can get the anderoid vais tech kit when it comes out.

they're damn hard to source tho

MML unit isn't able to play videos. You'll need iVIC for that.

 

Do you sell SL2Vi " video harnesse cable" for iPod ?

 

Rumor has it all previous vaistech units are discontinued and they no longer offer ANY support. If this is true its pretty shady. Now we're all stuck with these units and when something goes wrong, we're all screwed

 

That's right. We don't expect such a thing from Vaistech company. Members of our forum likes their products and do business with good faith. If they discontinue supports for the products which sold within past one year or more it is out of normal business policy.

 

SL2Vi has been discontinued and we are out of video harnesses available. We can repair your harness if you send it in.

SL2Vi has been discontinued because it wasn't compatible with iPhone 5. Since Apple didn't release composite or component video adapters we had to discontinue SL2Vi and ML Plus units. If units are under warranty you can still send it in for repair if needed.

Mr. Ben from Vaistech quoted me to repair my old cable's IPod plug of SL2Vi (which I shipped to them) for $100.00. Is it too much for a plug ? The price is insane.
