^ almost any aftermarket modification will fail the SMOG test. With high-flow cats, you would have a better chance in passing the sniffer. I hear Speed Element in Fremont has done one ISF header install (but 10 hours of labor- Yikes!)

I'm trying to find a reasonably priced shop before I get in on the deal. A placed I asked wanted $1350 if it was a straight bolt on, more for any other complications

Just get the header while it on groupbuy, and then shop for installers while u waiting for the header shipping... once groupbuy is over.. u r paying full price

I would be in for sure but i am also in the same situation. I am here in South Florida and need someone for the install SFL guys let me know what you find out for the install pricing i have heard someone trying to get $1300 for install i find that laughable for headers, figure if we bring them three jobs in a row we should be able to get a decent deal. I also know some shops and lexus techs i will ask around. Two header group buys looks like these are the hot ticket though.
