I just received and installed mine, but I wanted to know is there no way to watch a movie while driving and not have it interrupt the GPS/Navigation - Does the button always have to be pressed to watch dvd while driving?

Unfortunately for your 2012 IS, the speed sensor/GPS will also have to be disengaged for the Video in motion to take into effect. This is one of the additional security features that Lexus added to your vehicle model.

Disregard, this is an amazing product and at a great price!

Just wished the navigation gps would still function while watching movies
