To our valued customers,
Many of you have waited anxiously and patiently for your TOM’s rear carbon diffuser. We were notified yesterday by TOM’s USA that the product has arrived in their warehouse however upon closer inspection by our team, both parties agree that none of the units were in re-sellable condition.
TOMS USA is committed to the quality of their products and every piece is inspected individually by a TOMS USA Representative to ensure the quality and fitment is 100% to Japanese OEM Quality and Standards. During shipping some of the diffusers were damaged and there are some minor imperfections on others that make them not acceptable the standards of TOMS Racing Japan. The Japanese Tsunami hit where TOMS Racing Japan’s Manufacturing Facility a few years ago was so it’s been a struggle for them during the retooling process. So they apologize for any inconvenience during this time. Their philosophy is only producing the highest quality products and maintaining strict standards so TOMS USA is here to ensure that the Lexus community receives only the best even at their own cost.
TOM’s USA has promised to quickly resolve these on going issues however, at this time they have not provided a time frame for new units that will be arriving.
