The device is guaranteed to work with the Carista app and takes the guesswork out of what ELM327 adapter to order, and whether you'll get a fake/defective one when you order from some random seller on ebay or amazon. The Carista OBD adapter uses quality electronics and supports the proper ELM327 instruction set, guaranteeing that you can use the Carista app's full functionality, including customizations and manufacturer-specific diagnostics.

It works with both iOS and Android! This is a unique new hybrid device that supports both platforms via Bluetooth 4.0 LE and regular Bluetooth 2.1.

Note that buying this device does not automatically unlock the paid functionality in the Carista app. The Pro Package still costs $19.99 USD as an in-app purchase.
