Whats your return policy? Say I don't like the way the look. They seem as though they'll be very nice i just can't tell until i put it in. And how long do I have to order the premium ($195) and how long will it take to receive once i order it?

For returns, we ask customers to please call us within 7 days of receiving your set of AutoPreme floor mats at (213)290-4875 to get a return authorization number. After 7 days we will not accept any returns.
*All products must be returned in new, unused condition in their original box to be accepted
*Each set of AutoPreme floor mats are custom made for your specific vehicles make, model and year, therefore we cannot make any changes to your order unless we are notified within 24 hours of making your purchase

that's how they are. I was in on the early bird special and they took forever to get the product out. In the end I ordered different floormats from another place. Asked autopreme for a refund. It took a long time for that. Finally got my refund I believe yesterday after I requested it since the end of November. And I had to bug the hell out of them for it.
