I've since passed this along to another member more technically competent to me (and more willing to splice, lol) - I'll see if he has any update
that sucks dave, sounds like it's too much hassle and trouble for the little jdm gain. it's good, coz' that means i have one less stuff on my list

Posted an updated to that question in this thread (and Letsride answered some Q&A):
https://www.clublexus.com/forums/sho...hreadid=139376

Letsride has done an amazing job of integrating the Aristo rear sunshade that I originally got for my GS into his ride. The Lexus tech guys I asked to install it advised that I not put it in due to the excessive splicing, etc that would be required to make the JDM part fit, but I knew that anybody that could pioneer putting a Nav setup into a non-Nav car (like Letsride did) could also do a sunshade. I was glad to see I was right, this is so cool

Take a look, very neat stuff:

And a couple of short video clips:
In motion from outside (right click save as only please)

In motion from inside (right click save as only please)

Cool, huh?

Taking on a job the Lexus Techs did not even want to touch is Nice job.

BTW - Let's not start into how good or bad lexus techs are. I'm sure they run the gamut. I just wanted to give props where it is due: to Letsride..
