It may just be a bad 12 volt battery. All those warning lights are very sensitive to low voltage. The batteries last a long time in hybrids, but do fail eventually.
So take it to a chain auto parts store and have the 12 volt battery checked out. I hope that is your only issue.
We get these requests almost weekly at CL and usually it is a worn out 12 volt battery in a hybrid
If the battery is okay look for an independent hybrid shop.

Yea I have heard that too. I’m going to try and see if that’s the issues. The brakes are hard to use right now though. As soon as all the lights came on my brakes started to act up.

Check your brake fluid level. Look for leaks.
Hope you do not have a broken ABS or electronic brake force controller or brake booster or brake booster pump as they are very expensive to replace.
You may need an independent hybrid shop, unless you bought it used Lexus Certified and still have their warranty, then go to the dealer.
I think any new warranty from 2016 is long over.

I owned. 12’ 200h until last December. I had the same issue with the lights and brakes being firm. What happened was this:
A discount tire location who were supposed to do an alignment managed to sever both wires to each rear ABS sensor. The wires and sensors are behind each wheel I believe. They didn’t say anything and used duct tape to reconnect the wires. This was discovered by my Lexus dealer who sold me the car about 6 months prior. No one else had touched the car besides discount tire and Lexus for regular CPO maintenance. Could the dealer have severed the wires during a tire rotation or maintenance? Maybe, but seems like they would had said something.
Anyway, the lights and the firm brakes (which is regenerative brakes cease functioning) started in a rain storm, I presume it affected the duct tape fix they put on. Strangely the lights and brakes all went back to normal like nothing happened sometimes. But then after driving in snow, they just stayed on/ broken. So I brought it to lexus where they discovered the issue.
I ended up trading it for a 2020 UX F sport when I was supposed to pick it up from the repairs. First time really being screwed by a shop of any kind. Stick to you local tire shops unless you really know your car and inspect the work afterwards.
