How clean permanent codes

Hello Club, I need your help to know how to remove the permanent codes from the computer, the oxigen sensors Upstream and downstream were replaced and some of the failures were removed but still have the permanent codes and the check engine light is back again

My understanding is that if these codes and check engine light come back, it's because the problems still exist.

Agree with above post, if CEL was off and returned, a problem persists. Note - some codes can not be removed from memory. If the underlying problem has been fixed, the CEL will remain off, but the code will stay stored in memory. The code will clear itself after certain parameters are met, one of which will be fixing the issue.
