This thing..





It holds the side trimpanel of the passenger side seat in place





Anyone know where to get this style clip so I can pop the piece back in?

 

That's pretty universal between the Toyotas and Lexus I have owned. I ended up getting a bunch of extra random clips and fasteners on Ebay, you can look on there and anything that looks like that will work. There might even be a part number of identification in the rectangular indentation on the top.

 

That's what I would have thought, but so far I am coming up blank. On ebay and such I see huge collections of all sorts of clips for fenders, door panels, engine stuff, lights, but nothing that matches this. On the top it does say "POM" and an "L"

That definitely looks like it would work. It doesn't have to be green, it just has to look similar.
