Default Advice on buying 2013 CT200h

I'm hoping to take a look at a 2013 CT200h and was hoping to get some advice. Here's some of the history:
  • 135K miles
  • 2 owners
  • Was used as a rental it's first 13K miles
  • Oil changes every 5K until 90K miles at which point oil changes between 10K-15K
  • No accident history on Carfax
Is there anything in that history that I should be concerned about? Also, how can I tell if the pistons or head gaskets are going bad? What about the EGR? How can I evaluate the status of the hybrid battery on my test drive? Also, how can I find out which VIN on MY10-14 are affected by some of the above issues? If this vehicle's VIN is included in the affected ones, should I just move on to another vehicle? Is there anything I should look for? Thanks!

do not buy it if the VIN is one of the affected ones. You would be stuck with a very large repair bill when it goes wrong. I would suggest MY 2014 and newer, post facelift. You can check your VIN by referencing the TSB that went out. You should be able to find it with some searching. I may have posted it here before if you check my post history.
