Just purchased '15 CT200, what now?
I just purchased a '15 CT200h. I'm excited. It has about 145K miles on it. Given the mileage, should I change the water pump? Is there anything else that I should change or do at this point in regards to maintenance? TIA

Don't change the water pump until it breaks. They usually get loud and give lots of warning.
Change the transaxle fluid. This is a very easy drain and fill of 4 quarts. You just fill it up until it flows out the fill hole. Find a hybrid specialist shop. Do not let anyone tell you they will flush it. You cannot flush this hybrid transaxle. They are lying to you.
Change the brake fluid and clean& lubricate the brake caliper pins. Check brake pad wear. They may be original.
Check and maybe replace the cabin air filter and engine air filter
Replace the PCV valve (cheap)
Change the coolant if it has not been done.
Change the engine oil if you do not know when it was done.
Clean out the battery cooling fan ducts - they are behind the rear seat. A cool battery lasts longer.
Almost time to change the coolant for the hybrid system. It is separate from the engine coolant.
Change the spark plugs if original This is very easy on this engine. They are right on top and easy to remove.
You can go to the Lexus drivers site linked below, join for free and enter the VIN of any Lexus you own or are considering to buy used and then it lets you see the dealer service history and the car build sheet that shows its options. The site is a bit cranky and does not always work, so you may have to try a couple of times. https://www.lexus.com/My-Lexus/account/create-account
To see the service history at Lexus Drivers do the following:
On the page that lists the car whose VIN you entered there will be a line that states
Vehicle Health Report
Learn More - click this box
Then on the next page it will state
My Service
On the right side it will state Service History
View History - click this box to see the service history
The it will slowly take you to a page you need to scroll down to see the service history
Each entry will be a line, click on the + at the side to see more about each entry

Yes any Toyota dealer can do the work. They sometimes offer package deals to change multiple fluids and lubricants at the same time.
The CT200h has a Prius engine and hybrid system so the Toyota dealers know them.
The service manual says change the hybrid coolant at 150,000 miles or 10 years.
Engine coolant at 10 years or 100,000 miles.
Spark plugs at 120,000 miles, although they last longer.
Brake fluid every 3 years.

I'll be paying $11K for the vehicle (no NAV or backup camera) not including TTL. Is that too much? Edmunds Appraisal Tool says that the average should by $10K. I still have the option to back out. Thoughts?

Bumping this thread. I just picked up a 2015 as well with 86k.
The seller had a pretty good service record, no minor incidents except some bumper damage. I didn't see any timing cover or water pump leaks when I inspected it.
Everything that clutchless mentioned is on my list for 100k service.
I've noticed a lot of talk about EGR system cleaning as regular maintenance - I was pricing out parts and noticed that OEM EGR Cooler Pipe (25601-37010) is being sold closer to $150 on eBay from Japanese sellers vs $300 here in the states. Is this legit? I'd rather have the spare to swap out so I don't have a bunch of downtime on cleaning a single part.
Thanks.

As for the water pump, it will likely stall and throw a CEL as a failure mode, long before it leaks. As for noise, mine gave me no warning except for the CEL. The inner magnetic rotor is covered in plastic that cracks/expands and jams the pump.
