I have a 2012 Ct with an issue where the traction control activates momentarily while turning sharply. It is intermittent and in both directions. I have replaced the steering angle sensor and inspected both front wheel speed sensors. I'm fairly convinced that it isn't a wheel speed sensor issue due to the issue never happening while driving straight. This issue has been ongoing for almost 4 years. Any help is greatly appreciated. Even if I could deactivate the traction control, that would be acceptable.

Don't really have an answer for you but maybe check for trouble codes to start, I have a question for you though...how do you like your car?? had any major issues HV battery etc??
I'm just looking at a used one for city use. https://www.lexusofroyaloak.com/used...id13126288.htm

No codes. Never had an engine light or any other light. Bought the car with 58k and it currently has 117k. The issue has existed almost since I purchased it. No problems with the battery or EGR or head gasket like others.

Have you tried removing each front wheel speed sensor and then spraying a large amount of brake cleaner into the hole while turning the wheel? It does get dirty in there. A small pointy tool to clear stuff out may also help. I did this to my HS when it had some strange brake activation noises up front and the noise was mostly eliminated afterward.

And if none of that works, you could replace some wheel bearings. Could be that there's some weak/broken segments in the tone ring, and at the extremes of steering lock (where some wheels are spinning faster than the others) exacerbates what the computer interprets as wheel slip. What would be handy is live data of your wheel speed sensors from an advanced scan tool and you can check for one wheel reading substantially faster/slower/dropping out than the rest at steering lock.
