Feb 15 (Reuters) - Toyota Motor Corp (7203.T) said on Tuesday it had received about 7,500 orders for its new Lexus CT200h compact hybrid model in Japan in its first month, compared with a monthly target of 1,500 units.
The model went on sale on Jan. 12 in Japan.

Yes, the HS is quite popular in Japan too. This is good for the CT in Japan. How the CT will do in Europe and North America remains to be seen.
